Before you say it, yes, I know this has been around for ages, but it’s only in the last couple of days that I have become amazed with this service.

The idea behind it is simple. Your sitting in the pub, you start having an argument about a subject and no one can agree on what is the correct answer. Text the question to 63336 and let AQA answer it for you. (it costs £1 by the way).

For example. Last night we were in the social club discussing (and I must add, this sums up the conversastions we have in the social club) Difenbaker. For those of you who don’t know who or what Difenbaker is, he’s the deaf dog/wolf in Due South (one of Gary’s favorite TV programmes). Gary claimed that Difenbaker could perfectly lip read. We didn’t believe him, so we sent a text away to AQA, and it turns out for once, Gary was right!

But it’s sending funny questions to AQA that really makes me laugh. If you ever have a tough decision in life to make, ask AQA. Last night I sent this question. “Dear AQA. We have a fancy dress 3 legged race in a couple of weeks time, what should I dress up as?” The response came through: AQA thinks you should be Superman & Lois Lane. In the film, Lois stands on Superman’s feet to fly with him. War a read cape, and don’t forget the underpants.”

We’re thinking about making a documentry, where every decision you make has to be based on what AQA says. The only problem, it costs £1 a go. Anyone got any cash?
